- Create best-in-class marketing processes, systems, and deliverables.
- Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that leverages our thought leadership and expertise to drive engagement and brand awareness
- Oversee the management of the BetterYou website, social media accounts, and all external channels
- Manage and coach Marketing team members
- Maintain knowledge of trends and best practices in SaaS marketing space and the health and wellness industry
- Conduct market research to identify new market segments that will benefit from product offering and prepare effective advertising campaigns
- Lead digital marketing strategy and positioning to conceive and implement successful lead-generation campaigns across all channels
- Build and manage a high performing, metrics driven, Marketing organization through effective customer acquisition, campaign management, digital marketing, partner marketing, and marketing operations
- Measure the performance of all activities and campaigns, assess them against goals, and adjust strategy and activities to achieve them
- Serve as a key member of the Leadership team, communicating marketing strategy and reporting outcomes across the organization and to the BetterYou Board.
- Ensure that all marketing initiatives are compliant with industry regulations and the company's brand standards
- End-to-end ownership of Marketing strategy & initiatives including, but not limited to Brand Awareness, Demand Generation, Inbound Marketing, Customer Acquisition, Content Creation, & Product Marketing
- Direct BetterYou’s advertising and promotional activities
- Forecast, draft, implement, and oversee the Marketing operating budget
- Work cross-functionally to create company collateral (slide decks, one pagers etc.)
- Build a strong culture of collaboration, trust, and credibility within the team and across the organization
- Collaborate with Leadership to develop growth plans for the organization
- Strong attention to detail: writing, design, branding, etc.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams
- Strategic thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Process improvement/change management
- Creatively approach challenges with a growth-mindset and potential solutions
- Ability to collaborate and partner with Sales leadership to reach company growth goals
- 7+ years of experience in a B2B marketing leadership role
- Experience driving efficiency and delivering on measurable impact through data
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally to drive process improvements to better support and empower customers
- Expert in Google Analytics & Hubspot
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive user acquisition and revenue growth
- Experience interviewing, hiring, training, and coaching Marketing team members
- Experience leading marketing at an agile startup
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Experience working in the health and wellness industry
