If that inspires you, let’s talk. Benedictine is seeking a South Region-Regional Marketing Manager. This position will be based in Minnesota and is responsible for supporting senior living communities that span across MN, IL and MO.

This position is responsible for implementing and managing Participating Organizations’ (also known as assigned communities) marketing activities following Benedictine brand strategy and the system’s lead management program (CRM). This position is also responsible for developing, coordinating and implementing System-wide marketing, communications, media relations and other related activities.

• Promotes Benedictine Health System’s Mission and Core Values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect and Justice by bringing these values to life in the organization.
• Provides support, resources and tools to Participating Organizations to build and maintain occupancy and referral management programs.
• Deeply analyze market and competition on a continual basis, to include their strategies, census data, and various tactics. Share insights with Corporate Marketing.
• Coaches and assists community marketing and sales leaders on how to submit complete projects into the project management software (WorkZone).
• Monitors brand compliance and instructs Participating Organization staff members on proper identity usage. Writes, edits and proofs content on a variety of support center and Participating Organization projects.
• Reviews and prioritizes Participating Organizations’ collateral and advertising projects with the Creative Content team to ensure marketing materials meet client’s requirements.
• In consultation with Corporate Marketing, interpret and develop marketing strategy based on voice of customer, local market research, competitive dynamics, legal documents, financial statements, etc.
• Provides marketing services for Benedictine and its Participating Organizations to promote and enhance the Benedictine brand and identity.
• Ensures consistent Participating Organizations CRM usage by monitoring data and running and gathering reports on a regular basis. In collaboration with sales, ensures effectiveness of Participating Organizations occupancy and referral management programs and processes.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, public relations, journalism and/or related field.
• A minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years related experience in marketing, strategy, corporate communications, public relations agency or related business field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualifications Preferred

• MBA
• Experience in senior housing sales management.
