Korn Ferry has partnered with a growing restaurant chain on their search for a Director of Learning & Development. The Director will be responsible for creating the organizations learning and development and talent programs. They will also be instrumental in building employee development programs and performance management. HYBRID ROLE. NO REMOTE. There is relocation assistance available for this job.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Design a talent management strategy for all areas of the employee life cycle such as onboarding, talent reviews and the annual performance review process.
- Partners with the Talent Acquisition Leader to assess current talent and forecast for future needs
- Develops leadership development programs that help to support succession planning and also growth for operations and support teams.
- Creates solutions for learning such as classroom training, e-learning, action learning and 1v1 sessions with employees.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Learning and Development, and 5+ years in people management
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in restaurant or hospitality environment is required.
