Director Of Housekeeping And Laundry

The Director of Housekeeping and Laundry is responsible for all duties of the housekeeping operation and cleanliness levels in all areas of the property. Responsibilities include: staff training, inter- department communications, and staff scheduling. The Director of Housekeeping and Laundry will promote an atmosphere that insures customer and associate satisfaction. This position requires strong attention to detail, leadership skills, and the ability to effectively deal with department heads, guests, and team members. This position reports to the hotel Director of Rooms.

Duties include:

The salary range for this position is $91,200 - $136,800. This is the pay range for this position that Park Hyatt Aviara reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.
