Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain safety and sanitation procedures; ensure proper repair and maintenance of food service equipment.
- Motivate associates and ensure they follow company guidelines when providing hospitality to guests.
- Verify, prepare, and submit reports and monthly projections as required as well as ensure effective systems for cash, inventory, and payroll procedures are in place.
- Train, mentor, develop, and lead associates across the food and beverage teams.
- Communicate and work with the management team to ensure food and beverage departments run efficiently and provide quality products.
- Forecast revenues and utilize labor management system to properly staff departments while maintaining the proper guest service levels.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations regarding the sale of alcohol, OSHA, payroll, and employment guidelines.
- Develop strategic and innovative revenue-generating concepts; be knowledgeable of industry-related trends.
- Ability to drive a company vehicle as needed
Qualifications

- Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-up skills. Ability to set priorities, organize time, demonstrate initiative, and work independently.
- Established assessment and decision-making skills with proven ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Previous experience in large-scale hospitality or related industry preferred.
- Working knowledge of various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems.
- Minimum of 7 years' food and beverage management experience required.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions including snow and ice.
- Must possess strong communication and listening skills.
- Driver's license is required.
- High energy with effective and influential people skills. Positive attitude and the desire to motivate others.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in hospitality or equilivant years of additional experience required.
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays is required.
