Director Of Engineering - Dairy/Food Manufacturing

We are a global leader in the dairy manufacturing space with a focus on cheese, butter, and milk products. Our company started 10 years ago with the vision of supplying customers all over with products they could count on! We are based in southwestern Kansas strategically so that farmers can easily different their milk products to us for processing, reducing our global carbon footprint substantially! We are looking for someone who is passionate and excited about leading the engineering team here and making a difference.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Director of Engineering, you will be responsible for leading and managing the engineering team, overseeing all project planning and execution, and ensuring the production of quality products. You will also be expected to develop and implement engineering strategies to improve our efficiency and profitability.
What You Need for this Position
Must Have

• 10+ years of experience in engineering and maintenance, 4+ of in leadership
• Ability to work onsite at our office in Southwestern Kansas
• Food/Beverage manufacturing experience - ideally Dairy manufacturing
• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering - or other equivalent experience
