Director Of Client Services

Position Overview:

The Director of Client Services is responsible for overseeing all client relationships; service, relationships, and strategic fulfillment within them. The role is to grow significance, depth, “wallet share”, and partnership within MSP/VMS and Direct Accounts. This position reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to, and meetings with our client base to further relationships and to gain company awareness
• Aligns proactively with Recruiting and marketing to align for fulfillment strategy
• Strategically analyzes and partners with senior leadership on key relationships and accounts to focus on
• To gain “carve outs”, preference, “wallet share”, Tier 1 status, and ultimately higher TOA within our Strategic Accounts
• Aligns consistently with Recruiting department on file flow/quality/fulfillment
• Manage team of Account Managers, their goals, KPIs, daily activities and align to reach company goals
• Consistent meeting with client’s management, and executive management, to maintain alignment and to monitorperformance

Experience:

• Strong communicator and relationship builder
• Strategic leader, able to see end goals and work back from that to manage and monitor daily activities
• Deep and wide industry knowledge and “plug and play” access and relationships
• Ideally 7+ years in healthcare staffing, and 3+ years in this client-facing role
• Knowledge and access to “vendor friendly” accounts and programs
