Director Marketing Communications Jobs

LHH is partnering with a local restaurant to find a Marketing Communications Director. The Director will own all digital channels, marketing/digital/promotional strategy, and branding. Cross functionally collaborate to align branding standards, manage campaigns, schedule calendars, and track metrics. Manage external marketing agency and track proof of performance.

This is an onsite role in Miami.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor all online presence for brand (landing page coordination, page audits, listing management, website management)
• Create marketing decks for holidays, and private events.
• Oversee development and distribution of marketing materials with external agency maintaining a proof of performance overview
• Collaborate with senior management and external agency to develop effective local & national marketing / public relations campaigns and promotions (based on season, events, holidays, etc)
• Develop monthly digital content and calendar for native posts and digital ads for all social media channels and CRM (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google, &c.), including copywriting, facilitation of assets, creating posts and assisting with posting
• Develop and maintain internal communications channels
• Work with senior management to develop and maintain marketing and communications budget
• Liaise between restaurants/area hotel/businesses to create marketing incentives and develop partnership opportunities
• Collaborate with external agency to create calendar of scheduled email marketing blasts,
• Create quarterly marketing summaries

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Content writing experience
• 5+ years of experience in hospitality marketing
• Basic image editing skills
• Bilingual a plus

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Facebook Business Manager & All Social/Digital Platforms
