Marketing & Communications Manager Jobs

Job Summary

Avantor is seeking a Marketing and Communications Manager to plan and produce marketing communications and sales promotion materials to meet product strategies and sales objectives.

This role will be a full-time position based out of our Carpinteria, California office. You will have the opportunity to produce marketing and communications external plans, and lead internal communication engagement efforts across the organization.

What We're Looking For

• Must be able to travel up to 25% (domestic and international)
• Education: Bachelors degree.
• Experience: 5+ years related experience.
• Additional Qualifications:
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing.

How You Will Thrive And Create An Impact

• Oversee communication activities including technical and/or promotional material writing.
• Manage a team of entry/intermediate professionals or Supervisors with a focus on setting objectives, plans and tactics with direct impact on the immediate or short-term operational results of the department.
• Coordinate and attend trade shows.
• Oversee strategic responsibilities for developing short term communication objectives such as the selection of appropriate media vehicles.
• Interact with product management, sales management, and external organizations to develop and implement communication plans.

Pay Transparency

The expected pre-tax pay for this position is

$107,100.00 - $178,500.00

Actual pay may differ depending on relevant factors such as prior experience and geographic location.
