Location Plano, TX in office minimum of 4 days a week


Position Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team as a Leader focusing on developing early career associates. This role will be responsible for overseeing the training, mentoring, and management of our current team of approximately 8 associates, with the goal of expanding the team by hiring an additional 6 associates within the next year. The successful candidate will report directly to the VP of Operations and play a crucial role in shaping the growth and success of our organization. This leader will be responsible both for sales and recruiting. They will be focused on development and growth of the team vs. any personal production.


Responsibilities


Develop Training Program Design and implement a comprehensive training program tailored to the needs of early career associates. Create training materials, resources, and assessments to ensure consistent and effective onboarding and skill development.


Mentor and Manage Early Career Associates Provide guidance, support, and ongoing coaching to early career associates, helping them build their skills, confidence, and professional growth. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance their performance.


Hiring, Training, and Leadership Take ownership of the recruitment process for new hires, targeting candidates with no prior staffing experience and early career professionals. Conduct interviews, select suitable candidates, and oversee their onboarding and training. Lead and inspire the team, setting clear expectations and fostering a positive and productive work environment.


Strong Understanding of Contract Staffing & Direct Hire Possess a deep understanding of contract staffing and direct hire processes. Familiarity with both is preferred, but expertise in contract staffing is essential. Provide expert guidance and support to the team in navigating the complexities of contract staffing and achieving their goals. Experience with IT, engineering or BioPharma ideal.


Compensation and Performance Drive the team's performance by setting targets, tracking progress, and implementing strategies to achieve desired results. The compensation for this role includes a base salary in the range of $90,000 to $120,000, with additional override incentives tied to the team's performance.


Requirements


Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably within the staffing industry, focusing on early career development and team management.


Strong knowledge and understanding of contract staffing and direct hire processes. Expertise in contract staffing is required.


Proven track record in hiring, ramping up, and retaining sales and/or recruiting professionals.


Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.


Ability to develop training programs, materials, and assessments.


Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.


Strong organizational and time management abilities.


Proficient in using CRM software, specifically Bullhorn.


Must be available to work in the office a minimum of four days a week.
