What it is

In this role you will utilize previous recruiting experiences and build out your own recruiting practice. You will build, lead and manage your own team of recruiters. You will work in one of RBW Consulting's most lucrative niche industries, where you will forge your own client/candidate relationships and deliver exceptional results time and again. You will take control of your own career growth with a global company that places culture and ambition at the forefront. You will lead recruitment in one of our key specialisms: Biometrics, Clinical/Pre-Clinical Operations, Commercial, Data Science, Health Economics, Medical Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs.

Key responsibilities of the job

· Promote and enhance the RBW culture and core values

· Collaborate directly with senior leadership and bring new ideas and strategies to our ambitious growth plan

· Head up your own team and specialty area as part of our exciting U.S. team

· Manage and oversee multiple recruitment processes end-to-end

· Approach new businesses through telephone and face to face contact, to further develop the RBW client portfolio

· Build and cultivate an expansive candidate network and pipeline

· Management, delivery and negotiation of job offers to client-selected candidates

· Expand existing client relationships to yield additional business for other RBW specialisms

· Build, lead and manage your own team of high-performing recruitment consultants

· Continually develop a robust understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, plus their work culture and environment
