Job Description

Work Schedule :

This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Director Employee Relations and HR Compliance to:

  • Build upon compliance commitments and implement scalable solutions that support our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategies.
  • Provide strategic and tactical support to operational areas and HR team for employee relations (ER), policy creation and training, and overall HR compliance.

Education :

Minimum – Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject area such as Human Resources Management or Business Administration.

Preferred – Master’s degree in a relevant subject area such as Human Resource Management, Business Administration or Organizational Development.

Work Experience :

Minimum – Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in employee relations, HR Compliance and/or Labor Relations.

Preferred – Experience in a large academic or complex health program that included employee relations and/or organizational development services.

Licenses and Certifications :

Preferred – Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification or SHRM-SCP
