Job Description

This is a hybrid role based in the DC area


EPM is working with an innovative and rapidly expanding healthcare communications and public affairs agency. They are on the hunt for an accomplished and driven Digital Marketing Director who can spearhead the creation, execution, monitoring, and enhancement of cutting-edge digital marketing campaigns for both the agency and their esteemed clientele.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify, dissect, and capitalize on digital trends and insights, strategically optimizing expenditures and performance based on your astute analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with our team to devise impactful advertisements and landing pages, while infusing your creative direction into digital campaigns with minimal reliance on external sources.
  • Engage directly with clients in campaign planning, execution, and assessment. Provide them with insightful analysis of campaign outcomes, along with recommendations to unlock optimization potential and elevate performance.
  • Design and execute compelling social, email, and digital marketing campaigns tailored precisely to our clients’ objectives, leveraging diverse channels such as web, SEO/SEM, PPC, retargeting, and paid social media.
  • Quantify and present the performance metrics of all digital marketing initiatives, evaluating them against predetermined goals encompassing ROI and KPIs.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate experiments and conversion tests to refine strategies continually.


Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated interest in the health and wellness domain, particularly experience in steering advocacy campaigns or campaigns targeting healthcare providers, policymakers, and influencers.
  • Profound familiarity with analytical tools and ad-serving platforms crucial for campaign setup and reporting.
  • Remarkable creativity, enabling you to identify and engage target audiences via digital campaigns.
  • An understanding of contemporary marketing tools, trends, and best practices, coupled with the capability to spearhead end-to-end integrated digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proven track record of leading and overseeing social, email, and digital marketing campaigns, inclusive of SEO/SEM, Google AdWords, and display advertising. Experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in the realm of digital marketing, prior agency experience is required.
