They are building a world-class ML team to accelerate the use to computational methods in AI drug discovery. Creating one the best molecular generation and property prediction platforms in the world, to fill in a critical piece in the drug discovery puzzle. They are looking for the next ML Research Scientist to join their already incredible team, to help drive the innovative research that will enable new cures to be found for a wider range of diseases, faster than ever.

⭐ Responsibilities:

• Be at the forefront of Deep Learning research, particularly surrounding graph neural nets (GNNs), and generative models (GANs and diffusion models), prototyping ideas from literatures
• Develop creative and complex 2D and 3D molecular structures, that enable better use of the available data
• Work cross-functionally to constantly adapt and improve the ML platform
• Dive into molecular datasets, rigurously training, validating, and testing sets to train models for real-world prediction and generation tasks
• Help improve the ML platform, creating and implementing modifications for 2D and 3D GNNs, and testing them in pytorch

⭐ Requirements:

• Experience implementing, testing, and tuning deep neural nets from scratch in tensorflow, including your own original architectural ideals.
• A well established Publication track record
• Experience with a variety of Deep Learing architectures including GNNs, GANs, and bonus if diffusion models
• A proven ML Research Scientist with experience in top AI labs, in academia or industry
• Ability to write code quickly in Python
• A real interest in learning, researching, and colloborating with other in the AI drug discovery space

⭐ Bonus Qualifications:

• Research and hands on experience with diffusion based DL models or stable diffusion models
• Expertise across Computer Vision
• Experience working with structural biology or molecular simulation
