Director, Business Architecture Jobs

Project and Business Development Responsibilities:

• Able to develop a business architecture strategy based on a deep understanding of a customer’s organization, processes, needs, and motivations.
• Support pre-sales, pursuit and proposal development initiatives.
• Lead pre-sales and business development discussions and discovery sessions helping to grow MTX services.
• Provide strong knowledge of Salesforce.com applications and implementation processes.
• Responsible for project oversight, helping solve complex business issues and ensure successful project execution.
• Influence and facilitate the creation of long-term client relationships.
• Serve as an escalation point for project-related issues.

Leadership Responsibilities

• Promote MTX culture by encouraging participation in culture related initiatives.
• Provide world class leadership on project and internal initiatives - including technical guidance, process related questions and assistance/training on evolving MTX procedures and policies .
• Ensure team members are being fully utilized and facilitate their success through continued support and guidance while encouraging a healthy work-life balance.
• Monitor and support the team's daily project activities. Provide feedback, guidance, and corrective actions.
• Participate in recurring and ad-hoc leadership and delivery meetings.
• Drive internal initiatives and support organization needs such as MTX Centers of Excellence (COEs), Learning Management System (LMS) content, and training sessions as needed.
• Respond to inquiries by other leaders about direct reports.
• Participate in candidate interviews and provide feedback and hiring recommendations based on staffing needs.
• Manage and engage with direct reports with a focus on billable assignments, forecasts, and timecards for the team through daily interactions and weekly 1 on 1 meetings.

What you will bring:

• Extensive experience and expertise using structured IT delivery methodology including scoping, framing, and delivering implementation engagements.
• 10+ years minimum of experience as a leading and delivering medium to large scale implementations
• Proven thorough knowledge of Salesforce.com platform. Several certifications are a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualizations.
• 4+ Years experience of leadership/management experience
• Standard industry knowledge for relational database systems, integrations/various Salesforce clouds/UI/UX, story writing, Agile Methodology, Customer Experience, and Customer Management experience.
• Experience leading consulting services engagements and business development activities.
