- Co-lead a team of Door-to-Door representatives by coaching, mentoring, training, and overseeing overall team performance
- Demonstrate consistent, longer-term success in assisting the team in meeting or exceeding monthly growth sales goals within the territory. Prospect to new residential customers by promoting GFiber’s internet, voice, and TV services.
- Display expert knowledge of GFiber’s network and technical deployment. Communicate the GFiber value proposition to customers.
- Assist the team in building a lead pipeline through ongoing door-to-door interactions and conduct phone and/or email follow ups.
- Display expert communication skills internally and externally, and be able to partner with other GFiber team members to ensure a seamless, end-to-end customer experience.
- 1 year of coaching and training sales representatives in a leadership capacity (lead or manager).
- 2 years of experience with quota carrying sales or account management experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated success managing long-term relationships and meeting customer care success metric
- 3 years of experience in sales carrying a quota.
- Experience working in sales in the ISP or telecom industry.
- Proficient in Salesforce or other lead management software.
- 2 years of sales management experience coaching and training other sales representatives.
