Digital Marketplace Specialist


Job Summary:



As a Digital Marketplace Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing the Company’s several marketplace accounts. Under the direction of the company management, you will contribute to the creation and refinement of processes to improve listing accuracy and efficiency.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate marketing for all online marketplaces, including promotional opportunities, pricing optimization, content creation (guides, banners), respond to messages from customers
  • Consistently monitor and understand competitive pricing landscapes
  • Manage inventory on ETSY, Amazon and other online marketplaces
  • Review customer feedback and marketplace health, updating processes as needed
  • Monitor, analyze and report on marketplace metrics and sales
  • Monitor competitive listings and product pricing on all marketplaces
  • Research and identify new marketplaces, including logistical needs and pricing
  • Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as necessitated by business needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, ETSY policies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and adapt to evolving market dynamics.
  • Create, manage, and optimize listings for all marketplaces




Required Qualifications:



  • Strong understanding of ecommerce best practices, including SEO, product merchandising, and digital marketing.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience working with ecommerce platforms such as ETSY, Amazon, Shopify.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and presenting insights.
  • Demonstrated success in building and nurturing strong client relationships, with a focus on achieving mutual goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a commitment to delivering outstanding results.
  • 3-4 years of experience in ecommerce account management, preferably with expertise in managing ETSY shops.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex ideas concisely.
