What We Do


Working closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and VP of Brand Marketing, you will be responsible for the development of a customer-centric digital strategy and influence a user-first mindset across integrated digital marketing activities across our business lines. This role is responsible for planning, implementing, and reporting digital marketing programs and campaigns for the enterprise to support brand and divisional initiatives.


The Digital Marketing Manager will define goals for campaigns and will oversee individual campaign alignment with strategic marketing objectives. This role will guide marketing activities as a part of integrated marketing campaigns and will ensure meaningful conversion opportunities that help qualify leads. The Digital Marketing Manager will validate engagement metrics and set goals for improved engagement. The Digital Marketing Manager will also provide support for marketing strategy, content publishing, social media management, and customer experience to effectively engage target audiences.


Essential Functions


  • Evaluate emerging technologies and identify the latest trends that impact marketing strategies
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Big Query, and Looker Studio
  • Support data privacy efforts through list and content management
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and budgets
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Provide platform administration of marketing technology tools
  • Provide quality assurance of all outbound email campaigns
  • Experience managing day-to-day social media activities and reporting
  • Manage web analytics, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
  • Ensure email, blog, and social media content are published on schedule while maintaining company editorial and content calendar
  • Manage list segmentation and email databases for lead generation


Knowledge And Skills/Technology Used


  • Knowledge of working with distributed and cross-functional teams in a remote setting
  • Familiar with A/B and multivariant experiments
  • Experience training teams on new tools and best practices
  • Understanding Hubspot integrations with tech stacks is preferred (Salesforce, Snowflake, etc.)
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Results oriented – experience utilizing OKRs to manage projects and make recommendations that contribute to marketing objectives
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a digital marketing or advertising role
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience setting up and optimizing Google advertising campaigns (search and display), as well as programmatic advertising
  • Working knowledge of Asana for task and project management
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with Hubspot with deep understanding of workflows, forms, and automations
