As Veson’s first digital marketer, you would have the opportunity to define and build Veson’s global growth marketing and digital strategy. This is a “big” and visible role at Veson, with significant opportunity for career growth.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with content & brand marketing to optimize the web experience across Veson.com and our associated brands to continuously improve organic traffic, conversion rates, and engagement.
• Be data-obsessed. Continuously track campaign effectiveness and efficiency and create a feedback loop for the team, driving performance learnings across the entire marketing funnel and buyers’ journey.
• Collaborate with in-house content and creative team members and external media partners to create optimized content, landing pages, and ads to ensure top performance.
• Be the in-house expert on the Veson marketing technology stack, ensuring that we have the best integrated tools to run our global marketing engine.
• Advise on shifts in program audiences, keyword mix, channels, tactics, and media partners based on performance.
• Own the strategy and execution for paid digital marketing programs, including SEM, retargeting, display, and paid social.
• Create and maintain Veson’s global digital marketing program, including strategy, implementation, and measuring success, partnering with regional marketers to execute as appropriate.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the global maritime ecosystem, account acquisition trends, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications

• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
• Expert in using web, paid advertising, ABM, conversion optimization, nurture, and more as part of a comprehensive growth strategy
• Proficient in Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools
• Comfortable with ambiguity and juggling multiple projects with tight deadlines
• 5+ years hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in the B2B SaaS space
• Innately curious with a “test and learn” mentality and a hunger to demonstrate the latest technology and methods
• Experience in account-based marketing (ABM) preferred
• Experience with global campaign setup, execution, tracking, and analysis using a variety of external and internal reporting tools, including management region-specific strategies
• Experience working with translated and international campaigns preferred
