Position Overview
We are looking for a creative Director of Digital Marketing to join our team, in Waltham (Boston, Massachusetts). As the Director of Digital Marketing, you will take ownership of our digital presence, strategy and activities of the digital infrastructure and ecosystem across our combined businesses, in pursuit of stronger stakeholder engagement and increased demand generation.
The position would suit an experience manager who is looking to take on a director role that is both strategical and tactical within innovation company that is developing the future of manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional team to define needs for and prioritize content development, including literature/copy, videos, and imagery
- Drive digital engagement of our brand architecture with cohesive and complimentary messages and positioning
- Develop and execute roadmap to transform our websites, including integration of recent acquisitions, improved user experience, and optimized SEO/SEM.
- Refresh strategy and lead execution for digital marketing across all owned assets and digital channels.
- Establish KPIs and bring a metrics driven approach to organic and paid digital lead generation
Qualifications – Required
- Hands-on experience with marketing technology stack, including Salesforce, Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other digital metrics platforms
- Proven track record with driving online engagement targeting multiple key audiences (customers, partners, investors, employees)
- Self-starter, comfortable working with ambiguity
- 5+ years working in online or digital marketing
- 10+ years working in market or customer facing roles
Qualifications – Preferred
- Experience on global teams
- Experience in B2B digital marketing
