For our E-commerce Analytics Program, we’re committed to building a customer-oriented team that delivers seamless experiences through thoughtful analytics, user-centered design, strong implementation, and a test-and-iterate culture.


There is an opportunity for a Digital Analytics Manager to join our team in the Digital Ecommerce space. You will be responsible for leading a team of e-commerce analysts in generating insights, measuring KPIs, and delivering data-driven recommendations to improve the customer experience and drive revenue growth. Each of our customers has unique automobile needs, so it will be your job to lead our strategic thinking on scaling our e-commerce business through personalized experiences, testing data-driven optimizations to our existing funnel, and launching product expansions.

Responsibilities


You should bring experience with web analytics tools and techniques, experience querying large data sets, and translating them into insights to drive business actions utilizing Adobe Analytics, SQL, data visualization, and working cross-functionally with experimentation teams. Lead efforts to evolve our insight-gathering, analysis, and reporting functions across all aspects of our eCommerce platform.


The person who will strive in this role is visionary, attentive, and adaptable, capable of problem-solving within complex systems and collaborating with senior leadership to make data-driven decisions.


What you’ll be able to do:


  • Partner with experimentation teams to design and measure A/B tests and other experiments
  • Provide guidance and support to analysts on technical and analytical issues as well as set and prioritize targets for the team to tackle
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across multiple platforms and data sources
  • Lead and influence data collection strategies to support reporting on key performance indicators that directly measure lifecycle program effectiveness and contribution to the business.
  • Track and measure customer journey and touchpoints –as well report on KPI goals and advise on performance improvement
  • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and reports for various stakeholders
  • As the Digital Analytics Manager, manage a team of analysts and lead the generation of actionable insights from data analysis
  • Use analytics and partner with the Digital Product Owners to advise on site enhancements and roadmap initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in product analytics and data visualization
  • Work cross functionally across with teams like digital product, marketing, content, engineering to maximize the effectiveness of site analytics program


Qualifications


The minimum requirements we seek:


  • 2+ years utilizing SQL and visualization tools like Tableau, DOMO, Looker, Datorama, Qlik Sense, and/or Power BI
  • At least 2 years of experience guiding and coaching a team
  • 2+ years of experience in developing/maintaining analytics dashboards, developing/maintaining reporting tools to build self-serve reports and ad-hoc packages, and managing data flow, filters, and workflows
  • 2+ hands-on expertise in web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in web analytics or digital marketing
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistical, Data Engineering, or a related field
  • Understanding of A/B and multivariate testing techniques and measurements

  • Able to manage time effectively within a complex environment, and always remain composed in the event of conflicting priorities
  • Evidence of strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and ability to interpret complex data sets and generate insights to build and tell a story
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
  • Advance Degree in Computer Science Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistical, Data Engineering, or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills; organized with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, work quickly, and to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Inquisitive, proactive, and interested in learning new tools and techniques
  • Ability to derive key insights from the data and articulate them to cross-functional teams in the context of business challenges.
  • Passion for customer experience and continuous improvement
  • Prior experience on Customer-facing websites
  • Understanding of user behaviors on automotive OEM eCommerce experiences
