Job Description

Title: Assistant eCommerce Manager

Location: Hybrid: Charlotte, NC

Pay Range: $75K-85K Base

Position Summary

  • Embrace the opportunity to learn and take on new responsibilities across various functions as the company continues to grow.
  • Support overall management and growth of eCommerce operations and sales efforts.
  • Contribute to email and SMS marketing efforts, crafting engaging messages and monitoring performance metrics.
  • Provide operational process support and contribute to the development of streamlined procedures to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to create compelling copy for advertisements and product descriptions that resonate with our target audience.
  • Develop and execute engaging ad campaigns across multiple platforms, including retailer PPC (e.g., Amazon, Walmart) and AdWords, to drive brand awareness and conversions.
  • Oversee social media management, ensuring content creation that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our followers.
  • Analyze and interpret data, generating actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies and campaign performance.
  • Work closely with eCommerce and cross-functional teams to ensure success of online sales channels.


Skills/Requirements

  • Experience with social media management, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques to engage audiences effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy that captivates the audience.
  • Proactive and adaptable nature, thriving in a fast-paced environment with ever-evolving responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and best practices, content management systems, and online marketing tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, contributing ideas and supporting colleagues.
  • Passion for marketing, sales, and operations, and the willingness to tackle diverse tasks.
  • Familiarity with advertising platforms, such as Amazon PPC, Walmart advertising, and AdWords, to drive successful campaigns.
  • Self-motivated and driven, demonstrating ambition and hunger for personal and professional growth.
