Job Description
Requirements
  • 5 years experience in a Help Desk/Desktop support role.
  • Experience using a ticketing system. ServiceNow is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong work ethic and dependable. Professional demeaner suitable for a corporate environment.
  • Experience managing and servicing Windows desktops, laptops, printers, IP phones in a networked environment.
  • Experience managing Citrix sessions using Citrix Director.
  • Experience working with and managing thin clients is a plus.
  • Experience working with mobile devices (Android/iPhone). Intune mobile device enrollment, installing apps.
  • Familiarity with O365 client applications, Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive, Authenticator. O365 administration experience is a plus.
  • Ability to manage hardware asset inventory and stockrooms including accurate record keeping of deployed assets.
  • Familiarity with general network concepts, TCP/IP, Subnets, DNS in order to troubleshoot network connectivity. Familiarity with navigating a network rack/patch panel.
