Title: Desktop Support Technician II
Location: Aurora, Ohio, 44202
Duration: 3 months (Temp to Hire)
Pay Rate: $26/hr
Work Hours: M-F 8Am to 5Pm
Primary Day-to-day Responsibilities Entail For This Person
Deskside support role doing hardware repair, troubleshooting of hardware and software images, IMAC tasks, no on-call. A+ certification is a plus, experience 3 years minimum.

Desktop Support & Customer Service, Supports 2 locations: 18683 S. Miles Rd. Warrensville Heights, OH 44128 and 1515 Danner Dr. Aurora, OH 44202. Mileage reimbursement for travel between facilities.

Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals. Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups. Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed.
Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs. May require an associate degree or its equivalent.
Requires at least 2 to 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
