The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for a deskside support technician. Ideal candidates must have 2+ years of deskside support experience.


  • Migration experience - preferred
  • O365, Windows 10, Active Directory, Exchange, password resets, connectivity issues, hardware support, mobile device support
  • Experience supporting software and hardware on-site for end-users
  • Associate degree in Information Technology/related field or equivalent experience
  • Work as part of team to support end users in a global cloud migration project
  • Experience working in an enterprise size environment - 500+ end users
  • Provide post migration suppport to end users
  • 2+ of experience in technical support, desktop support or related
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be available to work the weekend of the migration *****
  • Assist with pre-migration preparation
  • Migrate end user devices to the new platform
  • Ticketing system knowledge (ServiceNow preferred)
