Dental Treatment Coordinator Jobs

Experienced in the dental field ONLY should apply. To be considered you will need dental sales background. Attention to detail is necessary for delivering accurate and trusting patient care.

Must be located in Trumball, CT or surrounding areas to be considered for this position.

$25 - $30 hourly

• Consultation conversion to cosmetic dental procedure
• Patient education and acquisition
• Lead conversion into consultation

High-Performance Expectations: this is a position for those who work well with sales goals and/or under pressure. Consistent performance is expected. Need to be a strong problem solver to help patients through financing issues and other obstacles that could prevent them from scheduling as well as being proactive with leads and keeping the schedule filled.

• Create and present treatment plans
• Make new patients feel welcome and comfortable at our office
• Schedule patients for various procedures
• Determine insurance calculations
• Complete other duties assigned by Administrative Team Leader
• Check-in patients according to office protocol
• Greet and welcome patients and other visitors to our office

Strong sales experience, preferably as an aesthetic patient coordinator in plastic surgery, cosmetic dentistry, or a medical spa setting.

• Entering treatment plans into Open Dental
• Providing excellent customer service to all patients and visitors
• Case Presentation and insurance benefit education
• Must be located in Trumball, CT or surrounding areas to be considered for this position.
