Denim Designer Jobs

The ideal candidate is a creative team player will be able to think strategically across different media platforms and own the creation process from inception to production. You must be able to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with team members and need management skills
• Stay aware of evolution of trend, competition and our customer
• Computer sketches, build tech packs using design programs(Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, etc)
• Multi-task while designing components of various projects
• Research Denim Trends and make presentation boards each season, report to Head designer and VP of Sales
• Meet all due dates. Follow up on sample status with laundry, sample room and pattern dept.
• Work cross-functionally with other teams
• Attend Trade Show twice a year
• Develop washes, prints, embroidery, and embellishment

Qualifications

• 5-8yrsDenim Design Experience preferred
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and MS Office(Excel)
• Bachelor's degree in design or related field or relevant work experience
• Must be able to travel as required per job duties
