Job Summary
The Delivery Logistics Coordinator – Vehicle Supply Chain will manage the visibility and communication between manufacturers, upfit vendors, internal and external clients regarding status of vehicles and equipment from order through final delivery.
Responsibilities

• Act as main point of contact for Driveaway transport vendors and the company
• Review ready vehicles and release for transport
• Work with team on projects as needed to ensure we are meeting and/or exceeding expectations on delivery deadlines.
• Research the delivery and licensing status of vehicles located delivered by transport vendors throughout the country
• Upload data and maintain validity in the company’s status system by adding timely, relevant, clear, and concise notes to our driveaway system
• Recall/Reprint paperwork as needed that could include MSOs from vehicles purchased out of dealer stock, and driver, dealer or licensing party changes either from reports or from ad hoc requests.
• Communicate all delays that will affect the successful delivery of a vehicle as well as timelines to Holman internal stakeholders (Client Relations, Vehicle Supply Chain).
• Process transport invoices for payment

• Ability to pay close attention to detail and handle multiple priorities to their conclusion in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in a team environment and handle independent projects.
• Critical thinking skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing to clients/outside vendors, as well as other internal business partners.
• High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree Preferred
• Must have excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Power Point, and Excel)
