Job Description
Summary:


The Walt Disney Animation Studio (WDAS) DEI organization is focused on creating, leading, and supporting our people and culture inclusion strategies. In collaboration with Segment & Enterprise DEI as well as HR, this organization will provide subject matter expertise on relevant inclusion practices to business leaders and employees to develop and nurture an inclusive workplace where all employees can belong.


Responsibilities:


Reporting to the Director of DEI - WDAS, within the broader HR organization, key responsibilities of this role are:


  • Develop presentations and mechanisms to track progress
  • Support Program Localization & Implementation within WDAS
  • Manage multiple tactical cross-department efforts and D&I activations
  • Provide support to WDAS DEI Director and Senior Manager
  • Provide administrative support to the DEI Director and Sr. Manager as required
  • In partnership with workforce insights, track relevant DEI data as required
  • Attend relevant meetings to contribute and capture actions and ensure appropriate follow through
  • Draft internal DEI communications and regularly update key partners and stakeholders
  • Co-facilitate DEI workshop and training on an as-needed basis
  • Support Day-to-Day BERG management including monthly programming
