Responsibilities:
- Present alternative ways for clients to visualize and consume their data
- Work as part of a larger visual analytics team partaking in collaboration and assisting other when needed
- Research advanced analytics/visualization capabilities to improve client understanding of data insights
- Conduct functional requirements sessions with End Users
- Develop, maintain and perform processes to monitor data quality and integrity in platform applications
- Partner with business/domain experts to understand the questions they have on their data
- Genuine interest in visual analytics and openness to learn new tools in an ever changing space
- Perform analysis on datasets to understand data structure and possible metrics/visuals to answer business questions
- Leverage modern BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) to extract and manipulate data from a variety of diverse source
Qualifications:
- Strong TSQL, DAX, SSAS Tabular development/deployment experience
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- 3+ years of experience using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Excellent cross-group collaboration skills and the ability to influence stakeholders
- Strong understanding of visual communication best practices, and application to design choices
- Strong understanding of user experience design best practices with a human-centered approach
- The ability to understand business questions/pain points and alleviate with supporting data
- Ability to multi-task, deal effectively with ambiguity, change in business requirements, and self-prioritize under pressure

Salary Range: We are committed to equitable and fair pay practices. For this role, the base salary pay range is $85,000 - $120,000 a year. We consider a variety of factors when making compensation decisions and generally do not hire employees at the highest point of the pay range. We share this to ensure transparency, expectation-setting and education for candidates considering opportunities with us.
