Data Quality Analyst Intern

About The Role

Brivo is seeking a Data Quality Analyst Intern who is looking to put their analytical skills to use to help improve the quality and accuracy of information in our ERP and CRM systems, NetSuite and Salesforce. In this role, as the Data Quality Analyst Intern, you will assist in the Company’s data cleansing efforts to ensure data accuracy and completeness, along with assisting in the development of data quality checks, perform routine data maintenance, and collaborate with other team members to identify opportunities for process improvement.

You will also be expected to:

• Organize and maintain data, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Continuously monitor data quality and provide recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with team members to identify relevant data sources and extract information
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns and insights
• Assist with collecting and cleaning large data sets from various sources

About You

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics or related field
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Domo
• Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written and communication skills
• Strong data management abilities and high attention to detail is a must
• Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, and handle and prioritize simultaneous requests
• Have a fundamental understanding of database concepts, data query, data modeling, and data transformation
• Excellent analytical capabilities, with the ability to collect and correlate information and data
• Proficient in MacOS, MS Office and Google Workspace
