Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Remote Data Entry Clerk. In this exciting position, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home office, playing a vital role in updating and maintaining our company's databases. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate virtually with employees and customers, collecting and accurately inputting crucial information into the relevant databases.
Requirements
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field.
Strong command of the English language.
Proficiency in MS Office Word and Excel.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to concentrate for extended periods and perform with both speed and accuracy.
Proficient touch typing skills.
As a remote position, you will enjoy the flexibility of working from anywhere. We offer a competitive pay rate of $28 per hour, with a training rate of $20 per hour. Payments are conveniently scheduled on a weekly or bi-weekly basis via direct deposit or check. The position requires a commitment of 40 to 45 hours per week, allowing you to work as a full-time employee.
Upon joining our team, you will receive comprehensive training over a two-week period. An experienced supervisor will guide you in mastering the necessary programs and ensuring accurate work. The training sessions will be conducted online through teleconferencing, beginning as soon as you receive your work materials.
Responsibilities
Gather a variety of documents, including invoices, statements, reports, and personal details, from employees, departments, and clients through virtual means.
Review and scan through information to identify the most relevant and important data.
Correct any errors and organize the information in a manner that optimizes swift and accurate capturing.
Create meticulously accurate spreadsheets for data entry purposes.
Input and update information into the appropriate databases promptly and efficiently.
Ensure data is backed up securely to maintain its integrity.
Handle additional tasks and responsibilities as required from time to time.
