Data Entry Specialist, Shopper Marketing

We are seeking a talented Data Entry Specialist to support Shopper Marketing at a national consumer electronics in Benton Harbor, MI.

This is a hybrid contract position.

Start date: ASAP

Shift: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

Duration: 4 months

Open to most citizenship types: US Citizen, Green Card Holders, CPT, OPT, H4-EAD, L1, and TN Visa.

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for uploading digital content for retailer requirements while simultaneously upholding Shopper Marketing standards. Aptitude for using different software platforms is a requirement of this role - attention to detail, organization, communication, agile learning. This role will report directly to the Sr. Analyst/Senior Brand Manager and will work cross-functionally with the MDM team. Shopper Marketing is part of the Brand and Strategy Organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute digital assets on the companys sites to bring out the best online experience
• Co-Lead and implement Quality Assurance (QA) process with the internal team for accuracy in all product data/images, product launches, and marketing information
• Exceed or meet deadlines to accurately fill out website specific templates for new product SKUs in addition to SKUs currently in-market
• Effectively communicate digital asset gaps and updated retailer requirements within the Shopper Marketing Team
• Understand the different website requirements and processes

Requirements

Education:

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience (required)
• BS degree (preferred)

Required:

• 2+ years experience in brand/shopper marketing, digital, marketing communications, brand strategy/management or agency

Preferred:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal plus the ability to perceive and present information both analytically and creatively
• Aptitude for working with Internet tools and databases (Syndigo, Web Scrapes, etc)
• Excellent critical thinking, sound judgment and effective decision-making ability.
• Proven success working in a fast paced, complex matrixed environment
• Lead with a growth mindset, consumer-centric, insight-led, and naturally curious with a sense for solving problems that others may not realize exist and a desire to push beyond the status quo.
• Strong interpersonal skills: empathetic and highly collaborative with ability to build solid working partnerships across functional groups
• Strong understanding of digital marketing with the ability to learn quickly and take on new challenges
