Essential:

• Provide support to F&E Learning Group and GMP Services as required.
• Pro-actively collaborate with multiple customers on and off-site staff
• Fulfill any training requirements
• Maintain documentation tracking tools
• Verify documentation compliance with company, regulatory, and project standards
• Perform Data Entry into SAP (CMMS) System

Education and Experience:

• An associates degree is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years experience administering computerized programs
• Familiar with Business Process Management, Operational Excellence methods
• Proficient in computer systems and tools.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in a range of information technology tools and platforms is a plus
• High Proficiency in spreadsheets, and word processing.
• Displays exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to establish measurable goals and provide timely and relevant feedback, both positive and constructive.
• Strong planning and organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time.
• Working knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• Commitment to achieving results is reached by applying hard work; understanding how to get things done through formal and informal channels.
