We are looking to hire a dynamic data entry specialist to join our company's administrative department. In this role, you'll be responsible for entering production entries into ERP system and ensuring that data is flowing correctly.

To ensure success as a data entry specialist, you should display impeccable organizational skills and experience working with a variety of databases. Ultimately, a top-notch data entry specialist should have a razor-sharp eye for detail and excellent knowledge of data management.

Responsibilities include:

• Support operations staff with nominal systems issues and process flow.
• Post-production activities into ERP system.
• Post Inventory Adjustment entries into ERP system.
• Post Delivery activities into ERP system.
• Coordinate with Operations staff to identify discrepancies or errors in data.
• Verify and coordinate Customer/Vendor information input.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience working as a data entry specialist.
• Excellent knowledge of computer software and general computer navigation.
• A high school diploma or GED, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to spot errors with accuracy and efficiency.
• Excellent typing skills and experience working with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
• Solid time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Microsoft Dynamics / SAP / Netsuite experience is a plus.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with staff members.
• Preferred experience in Manufacturing environment.
