The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for entering all orders into the computer system and verifying that the orders meet all state requirements and are valid invoices. The Data Entry Clerk will review all invoices to ensure that they meet all state requirements and are valid for payment.
Essential Functions
Review incoming customer orders to ensure that they meet all state requirements and are valid for payment using a computerized system.

• Other duties as assigned.
• Review customer sales order to ensure that they meet all state requirements and are valid for payment using a computerized system.
• Enter any additional information into the computer system as needed.
• Enter all customer orders into the computer system using proper procedure.
• Verify that customer check payments are correct by reviewing the check stubs.
• Enter all customer orders into the computer system using proper procedure.
• Verify that customer credit card payments are correct by reviewing the credit card statements.

Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; college degree preferred.

• Must be able to use an open source computer program called Quickbooks Online; experience with this program preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good verbal and written communication skills required; ability to communicate with employees at various levels of responsibility.
• Must be able to read a variety of documents such as technical drawings, production schedules, etc.; experience as a Data Entry Clerk preferred.
• Good attention to detail and ability to proofread work for errors or mistakes.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
