Stability Health™ is a company dedicated to providing a virtual diabetes care management model that enhances the ability to deliver better care to help patients better self-manage their disease for improved quality of life. We are hiring a Data Entry Specialist and Administrative Assistant to assist in data entry into our platform. Data entry will include demographic and clinical data such as medications and laboratory values. This person will also assist various teams in the organizations with populating reports, graphs, and slide decks, and other administrative tasks as needed.
and Responsibilities:
Assisting Clinical Team with data entry and other administrative tasks:
- Importing new patient information into CRM
- Entering laboratory data into patient files in CRM platform
- Entering medications into patient files in CRM platform
- Process and workflow documentation
- Entering new client practice sites into CRM, including contact information of staff and clinician teams.
- Manual entry of patient self reported data into platform CRM. Glucose download/upload entry & Manual glucose log entry
- E-mail or mailing new patients forms and disclaimers
- Uploading data from device portals into CRM platform.
- Faxing communication to healthcare practices
- Assembling data that categorizes work performed for each patient each month
Assisting Client Management Team with data entry and other administrative tasks:
- Assembling data from Tableau dashboard and entering into standard templates
- Updating content of documents and slide presentations with updated information to include charts, graphs, and other data
- Assembling invoices for clients
- Uploading quarterly data to send to Data Analyst
- Compiling quarterly patient and clinician survey data
Qualifications:
- Detail oriented
- Independent and self-directed
- Possesses excellent interpersonal, organization and verbal communication skills
- Minimum 2-3 years of health care administrative experience including in EMRs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams
- Experience working with CRM programs (e.g. Salesforce) not required but a plus
- Proficiency with technology/computers in web-based applications
- Associates Degree
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment
- Experience with medical terminology
- A lifelong learner
- Able to create a HIPAA compliant, home workspace
