Job Description
Description


Large Food Distribution facility located in Blasdell, NY seeking a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service representative answers calls from and places calls to customers, sales representatives, and prospective customers. Majority of work is Order Entry/Data Entry.


Pay: $20.00/hr.


Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30 AM – Close of business (Usually around 4:00 PM)


On Site: Blasdell New York USA 14219


Responsibilities


  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Manage customers’ accounts
  • Answers questions from callers
  • Enters orders into the system
  • Record details of as well as follow up on customer interactions
