JOB TITLE: Data Entry Specialist / Administrative Assistant / Estimator Admin Assistant - Estimator Full-time& Part-time&Over-time

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Work from home, work in an office environment ( no specific location ) and have daily communication with our office personnel, sales team members and most importantly our customers! Day to day responsibilities include the intake of new customer information and setting them up in our data base, data entry of our services to create estimates & invoices, assisting our sales team as needed, answering outside calls and assisting customers as needed and providing great customer service.

This opportunity offers an hourly rate of $25 to $30/hr PLUS a monthly bonus opportunity.
KNOWLEDGE OF COMPUTER PROGRAMS:
- Ability to use and navigate through multiple windows/programs at one time.
- Multiple computer screens.
- Internet based programs.
- Easily adaptable to other windows-based programs.
- Xactimate experience a plus but not required
- Outlook.
- Microsoft Office (word & excel primarily but all others are helpful)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Efficient with an attention to detail
- Available for on call responsibilities (on a rotation a basis approx. 1 week a quarter and will require weekend work)
- Positive attitude.
- Available for part-time & overtime throughout the week as needed.
- Full time position, Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm.
- Eager to learn and improve skills.
- Accomplish tasks in a timely manner.
- Open minded and teachable.
