Role Description

We are looking for a Data Entry Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, remote role. The Data Entry Assistant will be responsible for entering data into our systems accurately and efficiently. They will also be responsible for verifying the accuracy of data entered and ensuring that all data is up-to-date.

Qualifications

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge of database systems, and experience with data entry.
• Customer Service: Ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude.
• Typing: Ability to type quickly and accurately.
• Administrative Assistance: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail.

In addition, the ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, experience in a similar role, and the ability to work independently. Knowledge of the paving industry is a plus.
