Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and manipulate data to generate insights and facilitate decision-making.
  • Continuously improve and optimize existing processes and models to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Design and develop Excel tables and workbooks using Power Query tools and formulas.
  • Develop automated processes and work flows using Power Automate.
  • Build and maintain connections between Excel workbooks using Power Query.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Microsoft Excel and Power Query to recommend and implement new features as necessary.
  • Maintain documentation on data sources, processes, and work flows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver customized solutions.
  • Provide training and support to team members on Excel best practices, Power Query, and Power Automate.
  • Create and update data models using Power Pivot.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel functions, formulas, and data visualization techniques.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Familiarity with SQL, VBA, or other programming languages is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Excel, including advanced proficiency in Power Query, Power Pivot, and Power Automate.
  • Experience with data modeling, data analysis, and creating dashboards.
  • Experience with other Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, PowerPoint, and Access, is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
