Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity in Cincinnati, OH for a talented Data Analyst Level 1 to join our team. This position is open to both on-site and remote candidates. As a Data Analyst Level 1, you will play a crucial role in standardizing and enhancing our data processes, ensuring top-notch data quality and availability. Join us as we embark on a journey to develop cutting-edge business reporting and automate our data processes.
Key Responsibilities
Standardize and solidify data processes to ensure consistency and quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop insightful business reports.
Drive data availability by implementing standardization and automation processes.
Solve problems and conduct thorough investigations to uncover data-related issues.
Participate in all phases of system testing to ensure smooth operations.
Embrace the Agile Project methodology, working across multiple feature and component teams.
Provide estimates and work plans in Program Increments (PI) Meetings for various tasks, including design, development, implementation, and rollout.
Requirements
Proficiency in R for data cleaning, performing calculations on large datasets, and conducting exploratory data analysis. Occasional use of Python.
Strong expertise in Power BI, especially with DAX. The majority of data reporting is done in Power BI, and you will work with Power Query, Dataflows, Row Level Security (RLS), and write measures with DAX.
