Job Overview

Dynasty Financial Partners is seeking a motivated, self-starting individual to join our team and pursue our shared goal of providing exceptional service for our clients. As a Data Analyst, you will serve as a dedicated resource for various analytics projects and assist on internal and external client solutions/product-based support. You will identify, develop, and implement product and technology-based solutions to increase operational efficiency, improve accuracy, and support platform adoption.

Responsibilities

-Support multiple platforms, reporting solutions and client-specific projects.

-Lead development of data visualizations that answer critical business questions and solve for internal and external reporting needs.

-Create and adapt business requirements by communicating with appropriate internal stakeholders, such as Relationship Managers. Requirements will direct out internal teams toward solutions for clients, set clear expectations with stakeholders, and address client concerns.

Requirements

-Relevant BA/BS degree in Data Analytics, Business, or Computer Science

-Minimum 2+ years of experience using Power BI

-Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

-Work experience in data analytics, data visualization and/or related field

-Solid mathematical aptitude

-A self-starter, and a team player with great communication skills.

-Ability to drive multiple client deliverables to completion in a timely manner

-Effectively use insights to think creatively about business problems

-Eagerness and experience learning new software solutions and tools

-Work history in the Wealth Management industry is a plus

-Lead client meetings, effectively translate client requests and concerns into solutions
