Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES / EXPECTATIONS:

Perform root-cause analysis of buybacks with a focus on service operations of high-impact dealers to identify controllable factors and make recommendations for corrective actions.

Prepare summaries/reports and present to DRT and DTS management in support of departmental goals.

Collaborate cross-functionally with DTS to support improvements in dealership service processes and technician training deficiencies based on root-cause findings.

Lead automotive technical training sessions for Arbitration new-hires within departmental training program and a constant resource for agent technical questions.

Provide responses to State Mandated required annual/semi-annual reporting.

Candidate must have strong Excel skills

Education required: Bachelor’s Degree, Master ASE Certification (preferred)


Experience: 2-5 years Dealership Technician Experience
