Business Analyst Jobs

Quardev is seeking a Business Analyst for a 100% remote role with our Tech-Ed client based in Massachusetts. Do you have experience delivering engaging and innovative educational software? Responsibilities:

• Works to create industry-leading content and products

• Documents requirements for software development

• Leads Scrum ceremonies for the Agile project team, triages open defects

• Demos new features to the project team

• Responds to system requests, including asset upload and delete requests

• Tracks project status and timelines, produces status reporting

• Organizes business acceptance testing cycles and software releases

• Identifies and troubleshoots user issues, reports, and documents findings

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience in a Business Analyst/Project Management role

• 2+ years Agile software development project experience

• Must have Confluence, Jira, and Scrum experience

• Able to manage multiple projects at the same time

• Experience gathering requirements, drafting user stories and test plans

• Strong wireframe, diagramming, and design analysis skills

• Must be highly detailed, analytical, deadline driven, and focused

• Strong verbal and written communications skills

• Comfortable working with multi-cultural stakeholders, teams, and audiences

• Experience leading teams, and working remotely across multiple time zones and countries

• Able to listen to and incorporate feedback

• Product Owner and Scrum Master certifications are highly desired

Expected pay rate for this position starts at $35.00/hour, depending on experience.
