The Company serves a diverse customer base, including a majority of Fortune 500 companies.Founded in 1980 and based in Massachusetts, this company operates throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst/Planner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving business growth and strategic decision-making by analyzing data, conducting research, and providing valuable insights. As a Business Analyst/Planner, you will collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization to identify areas for improvement, optimize processes, and support the achievement of business objectives.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Conduct thorough analysis of business data, key performance indicators (KPIs), and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
2. Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders at all levels.

6. Perform in-depth research and gather market intelligence to support business planning and decision-making processes.
7. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business processes, identifying areas for optimization and efficiency improvement.
8. Evaluate the effectiveness of existing systems, processes, and workflows, proposing innovative solutions for enhanced productivity and cost reduction.
9. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends related to business analysis and planning.
10. Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members, managers, and executives to ensure successful project execution and alignment with business objectives.
