Provide operational leadership to a multi-functional team responsible for the application development within the Supply Chain and Inventory / Warehouse Management Business Systems. The incumbent will provide work direction for employees consisting of full-time, part-time and contracted resources. Incumbent will enable, motivate, and continually develop a functional workforce by setting clear goals and expectations, tracking progress, ensuring feedback and addressing performance problems and issues promptly. Incumbent will also be responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships between third party providers, suppliers and partners.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years working experience in Supply Chain or Logistics related fields
• Current use or prior working knowledge of SAP
• Position requires a four year degree from an accredited college or university OR 8 years of progressive Supply Chain related experience

Top Candidates Will Also Have:

• Requires strong written and verbal communications skills
• Must have held a position that demonstrated excellent problem solving skills, good leadership and team / demand management capabilities.
• Experience working with factory operations or interfacing with factory operations, logistics or Supply Chain
• Must have held a position that has demonstrated quick and clear decision making skills, strong quality / people management and experience leading a large multi-functional team.
