Experience with MECM/SCCM management technologies

Strong experience with data analytics, MS Excel pivot tables and formulas, and other related tools

Strong experience in analyzing IT software, reporting findings, and formulating recommendations for application rationalization.

Strong experience with PowerShell, SQL, and PowerBI

Remote (Local to DC Metro, Viena, VA, Greater Pensacola, FL is a Plus)

Self-Starter with a positive attitude and willingness to hit the ground running.

3 or more years of experience working with mid-size companies.

Excellent knowledge to use excel and PowerPoint.

Experience to design and implement Dashboards with PowerBI.

Education Degree: IT background is recommendable.

SAP proficiency ECMS experience Ability to learn new system.

Manage job tickets using Online Ticketing Repository System (OTRS), JIRA, Clear Quest, Smarter Track, ServiceNow and other ticketing systems.

Two (2) years of experience working with a large data warehouse.
