Cybersecurity Analyst Jobs

Smart HR is a cutting-edge computer software company seeking an experienced and talented Cybersecurity Analyst to support our clients' cybersecurity needs. As a Cybersecurity Analyst at Smart HR, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating cybersecurity risks to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our clients' critical information systems. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, collaborating with our clients and internal teams to develop and maintain effective cybersecurity strategies and solutions. This position reports to the Cybersecurity Manager.
Responsibilities

• Review and analyze security logs and alerts to detect potential threats and breaches
• Participate in client meetings and provide cybersecurity expertise
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and risk analyses of clients' information systems
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to implement and maintain security controls and technologies
• Develop and implement incident response plans and procedures
• Conduct security awareness training for clients' staff
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging cybersecurity threats and technologies

Requirements

• Experience with vulnerability scanning and penetration testing tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001
• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity or information security
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and security technologies
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
