Experience with SailPoint implementations, preferably in a consultant role with client exposure, in complex and diverse customer environments 4-5 years of proven experience in the relevant domain ● Have a good understanding of IGA, PAM, SSO, and MFA platforms as well ● Ability to adapt to new technologies/tools as per business requirements ● Proficient in any programming/scripting languages will be an added advantage (Python, Java, PowerShell) ● Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills ● Any accreditation for Identity tools is a plus ● Excellent analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities ● Strong technical presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written ● Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment ● Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, communicate the requirements and design directly with customers and maintain a positive attitude ● Ready to quickly learn upcoming IDM tools
